At DNF, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £3.99

  • Free Delivery on orders over £40

  • Orders dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • All deliveries include full tracking

International Delivery
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
We’re actively working on worldwide shipping options to make it easier — and more affordable — for runners everywhere to rep DNF.
Global delivery is expected to roll out from December/January as we finalise logistics and pricing.

Processing
Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm or over weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Returns

We get it — sometimes something doesn’t work out. At DNF, our returns process is simple and fair.

Returns Window

  • 28 days from receipt of order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

No Questions Asked
Changed your mind? No problem.
We accept returns for any reason — buyer covers postage (unless the item is faulty).

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Email info@dnfclub.co.uk within 7 days and we’ll make it right — fast, and at no cost to you.

How to Return

  1. Email info@dnfclub.co.uk with your order number and item(s).

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and address.

  3. Send via tracked service.

  4. Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days once received.

  • Returns after 28 days may not be accepted.

  • No exchanges — please place a new order.

  • We recommend tracked postage as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.
