We get it — sometimes something doesn’t work out. At DNF, we’ve kept our returns process simple and fair.
Returns Window
- We offer a 28-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
No Questions Asked
Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns for any reason — no questions asked.
However, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is faulty).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email us at info@dnfclub.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll sort it — and we’ll cover all costs in these cases.
How to Return
- Email info@dnfclub.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
- Post the item back to us using your chosen tracked service.
- Once received and checked, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please Note
- Items returned beyond 28 days may not be accepted.
- Exchanges are currently not offered — please place a new order if you’d like something different.
- We are not responsible for lost returns, so we recommend using a tracked service.
